Cellpostal Beta

Terms of sale

You buy one printed piece and its postage. These are the rules that come with it.

Effective 28 August 2026.

The short version

These bullets are a summary. The sections below are the terms.

What you are buying

One piece, one page, printed and posted. You choose one of two formats.

Card, $7.00
A 5.5 by 4.125 inch card, printed in full colour on 120# uncoated stock. It goes into a plain sealed envelope with the address printed on the front and a real First-Class stamp. A small QR code prints in the corner and links to cellpostal.com.
Letter, $5.00
An 8.5 by 11 inch page, printed in black and white on 24# bond paper. We fold it into a #10 double-window envelope and meter the First-Class postage.

The service checks these limits before you pay:

We post to United States addresses, and the website offers US states only. If the postal service calls an address undeliverable, we refuse the piece before you pay. If the checking service does not answer, we send the piece as you typed it.

Price and payment

Payment starts the printing

Read this before you pay for anything.

The moment Stripe confirms your payment, we render your piece and hand it to the mail house. There is no queue, no hold and no review window.

After that moment you cannot cancel your piece, change it or recall it. Nobody at Cellpostal can pull it back out of the post.

Check the message, the recipient's name and the address while you still can. The payment button is the point of no return.

What you may not send

Nothing in this service reads, screens, filters or moderates your message. No person and no software looks at it before it prints. You carry the responsibility for what you send.

When you buy, you agree not to send:

We can refuse service, and we can stop serving somebody. That is our right, and it is not a check on your message. No filter enforces this list, so the list binds you.

What you are responsible for

Delivery and tracking

Every timing on this site is an estimate, never a promise. First-Class mail carries no delivery guarantee.

Refunds

There is no automatic refund.

If your piece fails to reach the mail house, we email you to say so.

For anything else, write to hello@cellpostal.com. The owner reads every request and decides it one at a time. This page promises you no refund, no window and no amount.

Limits on the service

Your privacy

The privacy page says what we collect, who else sees it, and how long it stays.

The legal part

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. The effective date at the top changes with them. The terms that bind your purchase are the ones on this page on the day you pay.
